Terms of Service

Perka provides software for creating loyalty programs, customer profiles, wallet-based rewards cards, points, stamps, rewards, QR enrollment, reporting, and related customer retention tools.

You must use Perka lawfully, keep your login details secure, and make sure your staff and customers are allowed to use the information you enter into the service.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their program rules, rewards, customer communications, store policies, tax treatment, and legal notices given to customers.

You must have a valid lawful basis or permission to upload or collect customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, purchase data, rewards data, and any other personal data.

You must not use Perka for spam, unlawful discrimination, misleading rewards, illegal products, malware, credential harvesting, or activity that harms customers, payment providers, wallet providers, or the service.

Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, payment providers, hosting providers, and other integrations may have their own terms and availability requirements. Perka is not responsible for third-party outages, review delays, declined wallet objects, payment disputes, or provider policy changes.

Wallet cards and payment features may be unavailable until required API credentials, approvals, certificates, and billing providers are configured.

Free and paid plans may include limits on customers, programs, analytics, locations, support, or other features. Wallet cards are available on the Free plan unless the plan table says otherwise.

Paid billing will apply only when payment processing is enabled and you choose a paid plan. Prices, limits, and features may change with notice where required by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Perka handles personal data. Businesses are responsible for giving their own customers any privacy information required for their rewards program.

If you delete your account, Perka will begin deleting your workspace data subject to legal, security, backup, and dispute-retention needs.

We aim to keep Perka reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We may pause access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, provider outages, or legal reasons.

Do not rely on Perka as the only copy of business-critical records. Export reports regularly if you need independent records.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Perka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
